Our dried floral is preserved in its most perfect state and requires absolutely no care. For best results, be sure to keep your dried floral away from moisture and out of direct sun to preserve its color. Check out this blog post for more care instructions.
Our dried floral arrangements are able to last many years if taken care of properly. Dried floral are very delicate so be sure to handle with extreme care. For more information on how to keep your dried floral in the best possible condition read this blog post.
We cannot ship any of our live succulents or dried floral products out of the US. However, we CAN ship items that are not “living” outside of the US. For example, we have shipped faux (fake) air plants inside terra-cotta pots for customers. Please reach out to us via our Contact page to discuss your specific needs in further detail.
Rather than growing our own succulents and flowers we leave that part up to the experts so we can focus our time on creating a one of a kind experience for our customers. Instead, we hand pick our succulents from our trusted suppliers in order to ensure the best possible quality.
We pride ourselves on completing our orders in the most safe and efficient way possible. While we cannot guarantee shipping times, our orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped out from Houston, Texas. Shipping times depend on where the item is being shipped to. We typically ship our packages via USPS 1-4 day Priority Ground. Bulk, custom orders take longer to process, being that they require back and forth communication between Succulent Bar and the customer. These packages can take up to 2 weeks or more to process and tend to be shipped out via UPS.
At the time of your purchase, Succulent Bar provides you with detailed care instructions on how to care for your plant. Once the plant is in your care, it is up to you to care for it. We do not issue refunds in the event your succulent dies. Please read your care instructions thoroughly and let us know if you have any questions! Linked here for your convenience.
Please be aware that not every plant is the same, allow for variations in types and imperfections. Be sure to open your package as SOON as possible to ensure your plant continues to receive proper water & sunlight.
In the event that your succulent and/or any other items purchased from Succulent Bar arrives damaged we require you to inform us within 48 hours of your confirmed delivery time.

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, please purchase seriously. Contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will work together to find a happy solution.
As soon as you realize you have provided the wrong shipping information, please reach out to us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have not already shipped out said package, we will gladly update the shipping information for you. However, if we have already mailed out said package the replacement package is treated as an entirely new order. In the event your gift box gets returned to us, we will notify you immediately. In that case, we will gladly mail it back out for you with fresh packaging for a small re-ship fee. We must pay for the replacement packaging and shipping fees each time a package is mailed out, so unfortunately you have to absorb those fees.
Please see the detailed information in the above question “What if I provide the wrong address for my gift box purchase.” In addition, Succulent Bar will notify you immediately if your package gets returned to us. One of the reasons, it is very important you provide us YOUR contact information. Upon sending you notice that your package is back in our possession, you have 10 business days to respond with a new address for us to mail it back out to you (or whomever) for a small re-ship fee. If we do not hear from you within that 10 day window, your items will be placed back in inventory and/or discarded.
